IMPORTANT: All products offered by Drip Research are formulated for external cosmetic research applications only. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or individual acquiring these products for lawful cosmetic research purposes. You further represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Misuse of these products is strictly prohibited and is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Drip Research. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our products are intended for use only in jurisdictions where their purchase and use is legal. You are solely responsible for determining whether the products you purchase are lawful in your jurisdiction.

We endeavor to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, and formulation information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Cosmetic formulations may be updated periodically. Lot-to-lot variation in shade, texture, or scent is inherent to cosmetic production and does not constitute a defect.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase. All sales are in US dollars.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier directly.

Due to the nature of cosmetic research products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will evaluate your claim.

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, to distribute, resell, or relabel our products without written authorization, to represent our products as pharmaceutical or therapeutic agents, to use our products for human ingestion or internal use, or to make any medical claims in connection with our products.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIP RESEARCH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drip Research LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and formulation information, is the property of Drip Research LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in the applicable federal or state courts.
